Riverview Health to Host Female Athlete Forum

Riverview Health will host a female athlete forum on Tuesday, July 19 from 6-8 pm.

A team of experts from Riverview Health will discuss topics related to the female athlete. Learn how to stay healthy through proper nutrition, prevent injury and get a step ahead of the competition. There will be complimentary functional movement screens and gait analysis, as well as discussions about strength training, proper fueling for competition, and recovery and injury prevention programs.

The forum will take place at Riverview Health Rehab & Fitness at 601 Westfield Road in Noblesville. Healthy, light refreshments will be served. The program is free, but registration is required. Register at riverview.org/classes or call 317.776.7999.
