Riverview Health honors more than 120 employees for years of service

December 8, 2020

Riverview Health honored more than 120 employees at its annual Employee Service Awards on Thursday, Dec. 3, including Deborah Lambdin and Rhonda Mcdougall, who have both been with the organization for 40 years.

“We are so proud of our employees for their dedication and constant hard work,” said Seth Warren, president and CEO of Riverview Health. “It’s especially meaningful when employees choose to spend most of their careers—sometimes even 30 to 40 years—with us. We would not be able to fulfill our mission without all these wonderful staff members, so recognizing their milestones is just a small gesture of our enormous appreciation.”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Riverview Health celebrated its awarded staff members with a socially distanced walk-through ceremony at the Noblesville hospital.

Every year, Riverview Health honors its longstanding staff members who are celebrating major milestones with the organization. The reception typically includes a banquet to honor employees for their dedication and years of service.
