Riverview Health to Host Heart Healthy Cooking Event

Riverview Health will host a heart healthy cooking event from 6-8 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2015.

Join our cardiologists and staff for an evening of heart-healthy recipes and cooking tips. We’ll serve each item prepared and conclude the evening with a Q&A session. Attendees will receive a copy of each recipe and a coupon for a complimentary Blood Chemistry Profile at the Riverview Health Outpatient Laboratory. This profile provides important information about the current status of your kidneys, blood sugar, and electrolyte and acid/balance base, as well as your risk of coronary heart disease.

The event will take place at Riverview Health in the Krieg DeVault Conference Room, located in the lower level of the Women’s Pavilion. Cost for the program is $15 per person. Registration and payment is required by February 18. Register online at riverview.org/classes or call 317.776.7999.
