Riverview Health recently named Tom Dooley as its new Director of Business Services. In this new role, Tom acts as a liaison between Riverview Health and the local business community.

He’ll play a significant role in building relationships with local organizations and businesses to keep our community healthy through employer-based programs and services,” said Mary Valdez, vice president of Operations at Riverview Health Physicians. “Combining these services and programs with the outstanding healthcare our hospital and medical offices already provide will help us deliver high-quality medical services to the entire community—leading to better continuity of care.”
Tom has more than 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industries and was most recently vice president/retail market leader for First Merchants Corporation. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Butler University. Tom is currently Westfield Chamber of Commerce Board President. As a lifelong resident of Hamilton County, Tom is married to wife Kerri, and together, they have five kids.
Riverview Health is comprised of a full-service, 156-bed hospital in Noblesville, a 16-bed hospital in Westfield, as well as freestanding combined ER and urgent care facilities.
