Dave Hyatt

President/CEO

Dave joined Riverview Health in 2022 as chief operating officer and was named president and CEO in 2023. He brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience working in several different executive roles including president of Blackford Hospital and vice-president of System Rural Strategy at IU Health. As president and CEO of Riverview Health, he is responsible for helping the organization become the best place to work, practice medicine and receive care. Hyatt has served on various boards and advisory committees of numerous healthcare and charitable organizations throughout his career including boards for the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, IUPUI Fairbanks School of Public Health Alumni and Indiana Healthcare Executive Network. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University—Indianapolis. He is also a certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He resides in Westfield with his wife, Tonya, and two children.

Eric Marcotte, MD

Chief Medical Officer

As chief medical officer of Riverview Health, Dr. Eric Marcotte is responsible for building physician partnerships and maintaining quality assurance throughout the organization. In his role, he has operational oversight of the Medical Staff Office and credentialing of physicians. Dr. Marcotte joined Riverview Health more than 10 years ago as a board-certified family medicine physician and continues to see patients at Riverview Health Physicians––Sheridan Family Medicine. Dr. Marcotte earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.

Tammi Nash

Chief Nursing Officer

Tammi Nash joined Riverview Health in 1988 as a critical care nurse and served as the executive director of nursing operations at Riverview Health before becoming the vice president of outpatient services and then Chief Nursing Officer. In her role, Tammi is responsible for overseeing both strategic and operational initiatives that impact nursing practice to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care. She also serves as the administrator of Riverview Health Westfield Hospital as well as leading the strategic and operational initiatives for cardiovascular, cancer, imaging and surgical services for Riverview Health. Tammi earned her BSN from Purdue University and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Tammi holds a certification in executive nursing practice.

Elizabeth Walker

Chief Operating and Strategy Officer

With more than 25 years of experience with various healthcare organizations throughout the country, Elizabeth Walker joined the Riverview Health leadership team in 2023 as chief operating and strategy officer. She most recently worked as the vice president of corporate strategy with pharmaceutical company, Syneos Health. She has a strong community hospital background as well, including having served as the vice-president of strategic planning and physician operations with Henry Hospital, as well as having done strategy consulting work for hospitals in 49 of the 50 states. She holds a juris doctorate, master of health administration and undergraduate degrees from Indiana University and is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She lives in Carmel with her family.

Michael Mover

Chief Information Officer

Prior to joining the team at Riverview Health in 2022, Mike Mover was the CIO at Corizon Health in Brentwood, TN. He also served as the CIO and Senior Vice President of Information Systems at Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, TN, and as the CIO of Riverview Health from 2004-2012. Mike grew up in the Indianapolis area, and after nearly 10 years in Tennessee, he is excited to be back in Indiana and at Riverview Health once again. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology and an MBA with a health care concentration from Indiana Wesleyan.

Nikki Swiney

Chief Ambulatory Officer

Nikki has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. With a clinical background as a chiropractor, experience in large system revenue cycles and owning her own practice, she understands the complex landscape of healthcare operations and provider-relationship management. Nikki joined Riverview Health in 2014 as a director of operations for Riverview Health Physicians. In 2017, she became a member of the executive team as the vice president of Riverview Health Physicians and other ancillary departments. She is now our Chief Ambulatory Officer with oversight of Riverview Health physicians, Riverview Health at Work, marketing and communications, fitness and sports medicine, the laboratory and inpatient and outpatient therapies. Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in biology, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Megan Wiles

Executive Director, Riverview Health Foundation

As executive director of Riverview Health Foundation, Megan Wiles leads the efforts to raise charitable dollars for the benefit of Riverview Health. Through generous donations, Riverview Health Foundation is able to contribute financial resources for critical equipment, projects and services at Riverview Health. Megan’s responsibilities include working with Riverview Health Foundation Board of Directors, departments at Riverview Health and local community members.
