NOBLESVILLE, IN - The Riverview Health Foundation’s 21st Annual Women of Vision Luncheon took place on April 24, with over 290 attendees gathered for a day of empowerment and inspiration. The event, themed “Breaking Barriers,” featured keynote speakers Dr. Bridget Hurry and Jennifer Wiese, who shared their personal experiences and insights on overcoming obstacles. With the support of the Diamond Sponsor, CarDon & Associates, additional sponsors and generous attendees, the event raised over $90,000 to support women and children at Riverview Health.
The luncheon highlighted the incredible impact of the Women of Vision (WOV) Giving Club, a group of empowered donors who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the women and children who come through the doors of Riverview Heath. Annually, money is raised through the Women of Vision luncheon, gifts from individuals and support from the Women’s Endowment Fund. At the beginning of each year, each Riverview Health department has the opportunity to submit a grant application for the WOV Giving Club’s consideration. In spring, voting members of the WOV Giving Club gather to allocate grant funding. Megan Wiles, Vice President, Foundation and Community Affairs for Riverview Health, revealed that the WOV Giving Club has awarded more than $81,000 to Riverview Health departments for 2025.
“Since the inception of the Women of Vision Giving Club, over $800,000 has been awarded to departments serving women and children at Riverview Health. We know these grants have a direct impact on the lives of so many in our community,” said Megan Wiles, Vice President, Foundation and Community Affairs for Riverview Health. “Riverview Health Foundation welcomes gifts of all sizes to continue funding these important programs.”
The 2025 Women of Vision Giving Club grant recipients include the following Riverview Health departments.

In 2025, the program funded 14 grants, totaling $81,300 to benefit initiatives for new mothers and babies, breast cancer patients and other women facing health challenges. These grants are funded through the proceeds from the annual luncheon, along with contributions from individual, family and corporate gifts to the Women of Vision Giving Club.
