Seth Warren was named president and CEO of Riverview Health in April 2016. In his role as CEO, Warren is primarily responsible for helping the organization attain its vision to redefine the healthcare experience and become the best place to work, practice medicine and receive care. Warren is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on the boards and advisory committees of numerous healthcare organizations throughout his career. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of LRGHealthcare in Laconia, New Hampshire.
Brenda Baker joined Riverview Health as vice president of Finance in 2010, and was appointed to chief financial officer in 2013. In her role, Baker leads the financial strategy for Riverview Health, positioning the organization for profitable growth. Her responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, functions and transactions through the organization.
Joyce Wood began her career as a staff nurse at Riverview Health in 1990, and currently serves as the chief nursing officer and vice president of Organizational Improvement. Wood is responsible for overseeing both strategic and operational initiatives that impact nursing practice to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care. She also provides leadership on risk management and regulatory compliance.
As chief medical officer of Riverview Health, Dr. Eric Marcotte is responsible for building physician partnerships and maintaining quality assurance throughout the organization. In his role, he has operational oversight of the Medical Staff Office and credentialing. Dr. Marcotte joined Riverview Health more than 10 years ago as a board-certified family medicine physician and continues to see patients at Riverview Health Physicians––Sheridan Family Medicine. Dr. Marcotte earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Brant Bucciarelli joined Riverview Health in 2012 as chief information officer and is responsible for the development, implementation and strategic planning for technology initiatives. Bucciarelli's healthcare IT experience focuses on the integration of innovative technologies to enhance the user experience. He also provides leadership for engineering, construction, clinical engineering, security, food & nutrition, environmental services and materials management.
As vice president of Operations for Riverview Health Physicians, Nikki Swiney is responsible for the daily operations, strategic management and process improvement for all Riverview Health Physicians practices. This involves streamlining access to care and achieving financial efficiency.
As executive director of Riverview Health Foundation, Megan Wiles leads the efforts to raise charitable dollars for the benefit of Riverview Health. Through generous donations, Riverview Health Foundation is able to contribute financial resources for critical equipment, projects and services at Riverview Health. Megan’s responsibilities include working with Riverview Health Foundation Board of Directors, departments at Riverview Health and local community members.
Tammi Nash joined Riverview Health in 1988 as a critical care nurse and served as Riverview Health executive director of Nursing Operations before becoming Riverview Health Westfield Hospital executive director. In her role, Tammi serves as point-person during the development of Riverview Health Westfield Hospital and will be the on-site administrator when the facility is opened. Tammi earned her BSN from Purdue University and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
