Dr. Addison Haynes serves patients at Hazel Dell Family Care. Specializing in family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment, Dr. Haynes cares for people of all ages and encourages them to participate in activities that promote good health. He’s passionate about helping people maintain their health in all areas of their lives—not just treating a disease. Dr. Haynes attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Dr. Holly Longstreet serves patients at Noblesville Family Medicine. As a board certified family practitioner, Dr. Longstreet focuses on health education when providing care to her patients and their families. Her special interests include osteopathic manipulation, which involves moving muscles and joints using techniques such as gentle pressure, resistance and stretching. Osteopathic manipulation can be used to help diagnose, treat or prevent an illness or injury. Dr. Longstreet obtained her medical degree from Midwestern University in Chicago.
