Riverview Health Receives AchieveWELL Certification

Noblesville—Riverview Health is pleased to announce it’s among 35 Indiana organizations that qualified for the AchieveWELL certification by The Wellness Council of Indiana. Employers working toward a corporate culture that encourages and supports employee health through worksite wellness programs were eligible for this designation.

“Riverview Health is proud to be recognized as a Three-Star business by The Wellness Council of Indiana,” said Mindi Matthews, director of Health & Wellness at Riverview Health. “The Three-Star rating is the required first step towards being awarded a Five-Star AchieveWELL certification.”

“We’re also excited to receive this award alongside Hamilton County,” said Matthews. “Riverview Health and Hamilton County Government work together throughout the year to provide outstanding employee benefits and wellness programs for their employee populations.”

Hamilton County also partners with Riverview Health in providing an employer-sponsored health center that allows medical plan participants access to high-quality and convenient health and wellness services.

AchieveWELL provides an independent assessment of wellness processes and is divided into three levels: Three-Star, Four-Star and Five-Star. The standards are progressive through the Five-Star Award.
