Riverview Health will host a Superfoods event from 6-7 pm on Thursday, July 21.
Brittany Wonnell, RD, will share information on different “superfoods” and what makes them so super for our bodies. Learn about foods that are more nutritionally dense and support healthy living. These foods may help reduce the risks for common health conditions and diseases.
The Superfoods event will take place at Riverview Health Rehab & Fitness in Carmel at 14535 Hazel Dell Parkway. The program is free, and registration is not required. For more information, visit riverview.org/classes or call 317.705.4350.
