Riverview Health Foundation and Riverview Health Auxiliary Celebrate the Women of Style

September 29, 2017

Riverview Health Foundation and Riverview Health Auxiliary hosted a successful Women of Style Show event on Sept. 14, 2017. Women modeled the fashions of The Secret Ingredient and Day Furs as they walked the runway at Ritz Charles.

“The women walking the runway are influential and impactful women, so it was an honor to be at the event with them and so many other women in attendance who do so much for our community,” said Maggie Owens, philanthropy officer for Riverview Health Foundation. “It was a fantastic afternoon celebrating these women, while also working to raise money that will in turn go back to women’s and children’s services at Riverview Health.

Riverview Health Foundation highlighted the Women of Vision honorees at the event, which included Nancy Chance, Michelle Corrao, Susan Hunter, Tina McIntosh and Dr. Emily Ruden. These women were featured in the Style Show for having a positive impact on women and children in the community. Special recognition was given to Tina McIntosh as the recipient of the 2017 Impact Award, presented by Riverview Health Foundation.
