Riverview Health Foundation to Host 26th Annual Heartfelt Thanks Golf Outing

Riverview Health Foundation will host its 26th annual Heartfelt Thanks Golf Outing, presented by BMO Harris Bank, on Wednesday, June 20 at Pebble Brook Golf Course.

“The Heartfelt Thanks Golf Outing is one of the ways Riverview Health Foundation raises money to support programs and projects for the patients at Riverview Health, and we’re looking forward to another great time this year,” said Megan Wiles, executive director of Riverview Health Foundation. “A special thanks to BMO Harris Bank for serving as our presenting sponsor and Gaylor Electric who in addition to their financial support, provides the golfers with a wonderful lunch and dinner.”

Over the years, this event has helped raise more than $2.3 million for patient services and to enhance patient satisfaction at Riverview Health, which includes:

• Funding for new, state-of-the-art MRI providing a more comfortable experience for patients
• Purchasing equipment for Riverview Health Heart & Vascular including a digital imaging cardiac catheterization lab and a 128-slice CT scanner
• Supporting women’s heart disease program
• Procuring telemetry equipment for several Riverview Health service lines
• Procuring cardiac defibrillators for the Emergency Center and Intensive Care Unit at Riverview Health
