Dr. Lauren Heavin and the staff of Hazel Dell Family Care are dedicated to providing each patient with a unique and individualized experience. As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Heavin enjoys taking care of patients of all ages from all different backgrounds. She looks forward to building relationships with her patients and experiencing the community-focused culture at Riverview Health. Dr. Heavin earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Purdue University and then earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.
