Riverview Health Rehab & Fitness in Noblesville will offer physical examinations performed by a licensed medical doctor on Saturday, May 16, from 9-11:30 am for all middle school and high school student-athletes participating in sports teams in the 2015–2016 school year. Registration is required and the cost is $25.
For online registration, please visit riverview.org/sportsphysicals. Please print receipt and bring it to the screening as proof-of-payment. You may also register and pay for your physical exam on-site. Cash or check will be accepted. Please make checks payable to Riverview Health.
In addition, Riverview Health is offering an optional cardiac screening for student-athletes. This screening evaluates the potential risk of sudden death from cardiac-related abnormalities. The test consists of an electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. This screening is offered at a cost of $30.
